Manisha Gandhi is the director of development at BakerRipley, an organization dedicated to bringing resources, education, and connection to emerging neighborhoods, allowing individuals and communities to live up to their full potential and keeping Houston a place of opportunity.

Ms. Gandhi began her career in the financial service and insurance fields before shifting her focus toward philanthropy. She has served as director of development for the southeastern United States for Akshaya Patra, a global nonprofit that provides food for children in India. Most recently, she served as director of resource development for BakerRipley where she was charged with the cultivation and stewardship of major donor relationships with individuals, corporations, and foundations.

Ms. Gandhi is a longtime Houstonian and a graduate of the University of Houston. She has been a correspondent for TV Asia USA since 2011 and is a Senior Fellow of ALF Class XL.
